Video Therapy
I use a platform that offers privacy and confidentiality through Psychology Today.
The recent Covid crisis has made video therapy services a necessity. I have become accustomed to and comfortable with the method.  It has made it possible to communicate with clients who move, travel, can talk at work and adds more flexible timing. It is also a method that some clients feel more comfortable with.  I prefer face-to-face therapy with children.  So much information is communicated through body language and nonverbal methods. It can be used to help focus needs and goals.
