  • Events of the trauma replay themselves over and over
  • Life looses meaning
  • Sleep is disturbed, nightmares common
  • Insomnia
  • Sleeping exessively
  • Eating too much, significantly overweight  
  • Eating too little, losing weight or under weight 
  • Poor nutrition affecting your health: teeth decay, anemia, ulcer
  • You withdraw from enjoyable activities 
  • Your emotions feel out of control or stifled 
  • People feel out of sync with you, don't understand you
